How loud is it? How many people?
Each onn Large Party Speaker Gen 2 puts out 160 watts. One speaker fills a backyard or room of about 50 people. The Pair covers about 100 guests. For big outdoor crowds over 150, text us first and we will be honest about whether it fits.
Do I need power outlets?
No. The speakers run on built-in batteries and come fully charged. Most events never need a plug. We include the chargers in case you want to top up.
How do I play music?
Connect any phone by Bluetooth and play from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or anything else. The wireless mics plug right in. We show you in two minutes at drop-off.
What about the lights?
Each speaker has soft color lights that move with the music. Use them for a party feel, or switch them off for a ceremony.
Can it be used outside? What if it rains?
Yes, they are built for outdoor use and handle a light splash. Keep them under cover in real rain. If rain cancels your outdoor event, move your date for free.
What about cold weather?
Indoor winter parties are no problem. Outside, cold drains the batteries faster, so keep the speakers indoors until you need them and bring them in between uses. For a long outdoor event in the cold, plug in with the included charger.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you request. Once we confirm, we text a payment link. Venmo, Cash App, card or cash are all fine. A refundable deposit is returned within a day of pickup.
What if something breaks?
Normal wear is on us. Add Worry-free protection and accidental damage is fully covered. Without it, accidental damage is charged at repair or replacement cost. Full details are in the rental terms.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your event. Inside 72 hours, move your date once for free or get a 50% refund. If weather rains out an outdoor event, the date move is always free.
Do you DJ?
No, you stay in control of the music. That keeps the price a fraction of a DJ. We show you everything in two minutes at drop-off, and you can text us if anything is unclear.
